There are some web 2 and forum which cant be indexed at all. So if you mean to index you post or comments, then I would suggest you to check web 2 and forum where there are already indexed posts and pages? You can check by using site:thewebsite.com

So make some precheck to save your time.

And to index your post on indexable website you could do these things like social share, ping service

Hello, use free blogs. add you backlinks in post. index that post using google search console. I'm creating and indexing backlinks for my clients in this way

Make Spam GSA backlinks with a good linklist
Your web 2.0 will be indexed pretty fast within a week guaranteed

I will sound like a complete noob since ive been learning about seo for like a week. Can someone explain what is backlink indexing and how it works?
