Exacly. You just need site which subpages get indexed quickly by google bot itself. At first shot try like 5 backlinks in 300-500 words article

Yes many people used Guestbooks for this purpose before Matt Cutts announced that it would no longer work, there must be some way to find another platform to do the work but how long will it work but above all ... is this safe?
