https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url?addurl&pli=1

I've tested it for 50 web 2.0 properties and after 2 hours the 50 were in the index.

I used this before but got refused cause my site didn't have enough content. Thank you for posting this, I totally forgot about it
