Basicaly you just need to ping those 300 links. However google does not always respond to that. Another way is to give your links a blast with comments or trackbacks but for example, a 10k blast would give each link 33 comments in backlink and that might not be enough. You need a 50k+ blast to get that going and i don't think you find that for 10$.
But hey give me your 300 links with some form of anchor to be used and i give you a 10k blast for free with a detailed report.
