Incredibly shitty Cleanfiles stats?

Hi, so i too started with PPD + YT and in march everything went well and i got like 50$ which isn't much but it's good enough for me since i just started. I am joined with cleanfiles and the stats which i have this month are so freaking low and i don't know why.Have a look at my stats: snag.gy /BdPoc.jpg (sorry not allowed to post links).I must say that stats for other files are pretty good but for my most popular file CTR rate is just 3% and could anyone of you suggest something to improve this procentage? Is it possible that cleanfiles isn't giving me cash for completed offers because many people are commenting on my videos that they made the survey but download hasn't started so they completed the offer but didn't get download. So any suggestions would be really appreciated, thanks guys!
