Incredibly low reach since yesterday. And bugs.

Did anyone noticed an incredibly low reach since yesterday? I was reaching 400k per post and now i only reach about 9k. Is Facebook joking or what?
I also noticed some bugs, yesterday i couldnt post on the page and today the post wouldnt appear on my page timeline. Anyone facing this?
