Incredibly Low CB Order Form CVR? (3.57%)

Just figured I'd post this so anyone who's experienced with CB could maybe offer some insight. I have an incredibly low Order Form CVR and at this point I'm stuck. Anyway to make people on the Order Form convert? These are very targeted visitors. Anybody know?

I am also stuck too. You have low order form CVR at this point. I have no any sale at this point. Maybe somebody can offer good insight to us.

Traffic you sent is bad or product you promote just don't sell.

I have promoted products where I get 1 sale for every 30-50 hops

A Few Things:
1. Your traffic is not targeted to the product you are promoting
2. The product you are promoting is not good.
3. The niche could be too small or not a buying crowd (top 100 searches in Google is "how to tie a tie" but you don't see ebooks on this, they want free info)
4. Your sales per impression is not horrible (as stated by HamFighters) but what is alarming is your orders per hops.
