Increasing Webcam Room Users/Viewers

Hey, all. I'm not entirely sure I'm posting this in the correct place, but I'm wondering if anyone knows how to increase viewers to a webcam chatroom. I'm interested in increasing the # of viewers, but I'm not sure how. They don't have to registered users. I considered buying traffic from TrafficHolder, but I assume this won't be useful to me, because I assume this traffic will bounce off the page after a second or two? I'd like to increase the viewers by about 300-600 viewers, but they need to stay on the page to count. Any ideas/resources? Thanks in advance.
