Increased value with T1/T2 Web 2.0 logins?

Afternoon guys,

I have no experience with selling websites but I was wondering if providing the logins for the tier 1 and 2 web 2.0s used to rank the site adds value or not? If so what type of value does it add ?

Not sure, but even if they add value, it will be minimal IMO.
