Increase of youtube viewers can get some with upload of quality content on a trend niche with many subscribers and viewers to trend in search for more viewers/engage.
adding bot views on new upload videos chances to live a new upload videos/content.

Create and post better content, more frequently and check what your competitors do in order to get an idea of how much work is needed to put in your channel.
 
Post high quality video on regular basis. Topic should be good and relevant. Use good thumbnails.
Title should be precise which tell about video clearly. Tags more matter to bring real traffic and audience.

Analyze your niche , check the average amount of views that your best competitors generate to know if it's worth it.
 
Consistency helps but focusing on strong titles thumbnails and videos that match what your audience is searching for usually has a bigger impact
 
In my opinion do not just upload more videos. Check your analytics and see which videos keep people watching, then make more content like that.
 
Youtube isn’t that hard as people say for long video quality over quantity and for shorts you can push multiple upload but you need to warm the account first slowly increase no of upload per week. Just be consistent and deliver quality you will get it

Many creators, i believes pay too much attention to uploading more content but in reality, the key aspect is how engaging the video is and whether there is anything in it that makes people watch this further. For me, it would be much better to analyses retention charts, identify the point at which people leave and try to improve it in the next videos.
 
You should test diffrent titles, thumbnails and video styles. because I noticed sometimes small changes also can bring more views.
