Increase Youtube Plays with PPC and iframes.

Here's a blackhat idea for you. Given the premise that you need different ip addresses to hit your site to accumulate the most views legitimately. And that you have to view a page for 30 seconds in a pay per click ad, you could in theory load a page the same way that you load cookies onto a page in an iframe, instead of having the page load once for a single view you could have it load in about 5 iframes, in under 30 seconds. This should look legit to youtube for number of views. If your launch page was good enough, in theory your video would be loaded 5 times for sure by every viewer. Combine that with a quick pay per click campaign with 500 guaranteed visitors at 30 secs a pop, your views will go up right? pm me if you try this and it works! Or, am I talking out my ass?

Ok, so the only problem i had with this is not knowing how to mute the video in the background that is loading via iframe. I know it can be done with the Javascript Player API and a little messing around. hxxp://code.google.com/apis/youtube/js_api_reference.html
Does anyone know a way this can be done? Then you can load your iframes in the background, call the player on mute mode. It would then play without sound. Provided the javascript worked and the planets aligned you could have a cool views hack no?
 
I thought a video must be played until the end until it is registered as a view in YouTube? And most videos are above 30 seconds long.
 
Ok, so then your viral video would need to be less than 30 seconds. No big deal.

So far, I figured out how to get the code to bring up the video with volume(0); but not initiate autoplay yet. Any ideas?

The following code will play the video silently and then reload the page if it makes it to the end of the video. You will have to include swfobject.js which you should be able to google.

if you append the &autoplay=1 it will autoplay the vid; testing this tonight. thanx guys, it looks like it works now to suck up some bandwidth and see if it really works.
 
a video does not need to play tell the end as long as it load it will count as a view
 
well holy shit people it worked i went from 317 views to 763 views in one night. So I'd this stuff works. what i did was a spin on this, I loaded iframes with the video, only 3 in total. in the 1x1 cookie stuff size frame. Then I pushed the campaign on a ppc site for 50 visits. 50 visits x 3 = 150 right but, i left a site hit my page on a traffic engine, which was ok with auto audio. 446 views in one night, i'd say that pretty good for auto pilot.
 
Sorry if this question is newb but, are you guys talking about just trying to get people to click on a pay per click site (with watermark or link) or are you somehow redirecting them from the youtube video page? And if so please post some code to do it!

I'm glad it's working out for you! I would appreciate some thanks for the code I posted (not copied/pasted, I wrote it myself!).

Have you considered buying mass amounts of cheap traffic? There are places you can get garbage, untargeted traffic for like $0.002/click or something
, and I'm just wondering if that would work. (http://www.targeted-traffic.ws/untargeted.php)

At that rate, with 3 embedded videos, it would cost about $1 per 1.5k views.

I have your answers just check my video to prove that it works. I did use the code posted on the page, modified to my own. I used a ppc campaign for $6.00US. Modified Iframes, and a good scary looking pitch page in combination with this video. hxxp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6s7xYN4r4HU then combine that with traffic engines, in one night I went from page 14 on there, to page 1. how is that for results? I'm going to rework it and resell the plan as part of the same project. Roughly 865 views in 7 hours. Search 'scary story' on youtube, you'll see my vid has 1,999 views. Where last night at almost this time. 763 views at 12:50 AM April 17th. This is an ongoing test. Check my views stats in a couple days. I'll post em for sure.
 
hxxp://code.google.com/apis/youtube/js_api_reference.html instead of stuffing cookies into your iframes, use code from this page on your own pitch page, force view on mute, in iframes x 3 - 5 of them. view on mute so viewer doesn't hear the video. pay per click cycle is 30 secs a view forced. each person with a unique ip hits your view page 3-5 times per click. companies like wordlinx allow audio / video ads at 30 secs for anything opportunity related. theres your formula. up my rep if yer happy with your own results.
 
doseph, have you tried that company? Like is it actual junk surfers (with unique ips) or just some proxies hitting your page 100000 times each?

It claims to be real traffic from expired domains and popunders. I haven't used it so I can't be sure.
 
doseph only problem with your code is, video is'nt muted did you test your code?

Has muted it every time I used the script.
 
This works pretty good for page views, just change the 2 url's for your video:) and insert on a page that gets hits or buy cheap ppc traffic
