I haven't personally used this, found it on the cleanfiles forum. But it doesn't hurt to test it!

hmm, well a few of those actually converted quite well for me so I would advise to take it all with a grain of salt and tweak it to your own performance. different niches will convert different offers better than others obviously

I think more stats are needed, such as the date, clicks, conversion rates, epcs, etc. Some days campaigns might do well, other days they might not. But at the end of the month they average out to be decent. And you wouldn't want to remove any campaigns that are in countries that don't have that many offers either otherwise there will be no offers available.
