If your site has at least 10 articles, then create social media pages for this website and share your posts there.

Then update at least 2 articles per week.

It will be better if i know the age of your website. Everything must be perfect before start to increase Domain authority.

Our some of client's websites have reached DA 10 in 3 months without much effort.
 
Actually, domain authority might not be a very accurate metric to measure a domain's authority - this can be easily manipulated through auto-generated links through a software - Get a large blast of 100,000 links on a software, and you'd notice that the site's DA will increase gradually over time - even though those could be spam links. TF on the other hand, is harder to manipulate (but still possible).

You seem knowledgeable with this so thought I’d ask you here. I almost have 10 articles. And my site age is nearly a month. Right now on Google Search Console, it doesn’t show any ranking keywords even though I did onsite SEO. I assume increasing my DA will also help with ranking keywords. What would you start off with if you were me? Should I start off purchasing profile backlinks first?
 
If you are looking to boost the Domain Authority or DA as it pertains to an SEO metric, blast it with a ton of links.

If you are looking to create an authority website and increase rankings in the serp, you will need a lot of original, quality content. Content that answers searchers queries and is good enough for other websites to link back as a reference. The key to gaining authority and rankings if quality content and backlinks. There are other things that can help but those are the two biggest.
 
A Domain Authority is a score given by MOZ to show how your website ranks on the Search Engine Results Page. To increase your website Domain Authority you need to take some steps in SEO

1. First, start doing working on Off-Page SEO
2. Do On-Page SEO Optimization
3. You should have to be strong in Technical, Make some efforts on Technical SEO
4. Most importantly your website should be Mobile friendly
5. Boost your page speed
6. Buildup you're Social Signals

Good. 10 Posts enough.
Check all the URLs got indexed in google webmaster tool. If yes, just create the page on social media and share some posts in some groups. You will get some views from social media, then start SEO.
Spend $40 to $70 enough for SEO initially.
 
If your content answers users questions and they are well written, i think its a matter of time Google will notice and start trusting the site. Social sharing is also a good option
