Increase Visibility of Posts in Pages ????

In the past, when you created a post in your page, it was showed to all people who like your page. But after the last updates of facebook, when we create a post in our pages, it is showed only 7% of people who like our pages. Does anyone who know how we can increase visibility of posts in our pages ? I heard there is a way but i cant figure it how it is. If anyone can teach it to me, i can pay money.

Use Facebook ad's PPE.
Don't use big amount just a small amount of investment on fb ad's can increase the reach but as soon as you stop it will start doing the same.
