increase uploading speed without my internet?

Hey,

Yea, the title is a little bit confusing, but is there any ways to increase my uploading speed by any dedi servers, or with seedbox, or with something else?

Because:
I live in China, Shenzhen, and I'm using the best internet package what is available here, but the speed is still shit, its around 250/ 100 kbps. And and I want to make some money with files, so I need high upload speed. So is it possible to get some services for that? I want to upload to sites like rapidshare, mu, hf, etc.

the easiest solution would be to have a better connection for sure
 
As I mentioned it before, this is the best package available in this region, at the moment :(
 
may be get a cheap laptop / 2nd hand pc and get another internet connection of the same speed , if you're making money from what you're doing, you should be able to cover the cost within a month.

I don't think there's another solution for your prob.

Yeh, hire a VPS, for around $25/month you could get an unmetered 10MB US connection on a basic Windows server 2003.

you could use it for speedy uploads to your favorite file sharing website or use it as a seedbox for torrents. Way better than a dedicated seedbox. I really think this is what you're looking for.
