Increase traffic for Adsense

Hello ! I have a healthy blog and I want to increase my traffic . My visitors are very few...

I want to have a few hundreds per day...

I tried with instagram and with 2 accounts I post each day and i have 2-3 visitors ... and 30 likes with hashtags...

What can I do ? To buy something from adword or what?
