slightly differs per country but usually its $50 - $200 - $350. Will differ from $10-50 per country. Depending on how many charges you get daily this can be $500-$2000. this is assuming you have successful automatic charges to your card. (Not including the 1st of the month)

I've seen people spend around $300 threshold by depositing $50- $60 so I assume if you deposit $50-60 your threshold will increase $200 then set your campaign to higher daily budget to overspend so your only paying $50-$60 to get $300 spend
