increase threads quality on BHW

as you know a lot of noobs new registration open daily stupid and silly threads ask for instant money machine ..... without reading a single thread about making money they just ask and ask without any useful thread .... i will not talk more all of us know that .

so i suggest to prevent any member have less than 50 posts and less than
60 days registration long from making new thread , i will not go Nazi and suggest less than 10 thanked ....etc .

few new members make thread on download section so you can filter and prevent for specific sections like make money section .

@mods/admins sorry if it's look formal post but it's not , my poor english prevent me to find more polite idioms .

only my love of BHW is the reason for this post hope to discuss it .

Its quite common that lots of new registration are happening every day. if the registered member is violating the forum rules means , he will be banned immediately.
so its not a matter of fact.

Right now you at least have these kind of people making their own threads. Take that away and they'll start posting their crap all over other topics.
