You need to build links from high TF page/domain, most of the time it will be time-consuming or you will have to spend good money to buy them, so not very easy or low cost.
TF is not easy too manipulable like DA.

In other words you want to get links from so-called highly trusted sites. Example: mit.edu or nasa.gov would be highly trusted sites. For the most part .edu and .gov are trusted. Some scientific sites, some news sites like bbb.co.uk, some non-profits, etc.
But in practice has anyone tested trying to increase TF? For me I mostly focus on DR/DA, which I find more relevant, as majesticseo is only guessing how google measures trust. I find TF can be all over the place but DR+DA give a more understandable picture.

High TF blog comments, high TF sape links and your TF will be over the roof within a few days, especially with the blog comments.
However question is... why bother? Will your domain become stronger? Will your serp position improve? Will you get more traffic? And finally, will you make your money?

You can do it with almost anything...
SAPE is best, you can find TF40+ links easily, pay for them, submit them to majestic for a recrawl then remove them before google pick them up.
But TF doesn't mean shit, it's made up by a third party company. It has no real meaning at all.

TF is just like DA, except it filters low DA pages. If you have tons of low DA links, it'll ignore them all and your site will be low TF.
"Trust" flow is simply the measure of how many big sites link to your site.
E.g. Buy editorial links with the big fish to increase TF.
