You may be able to do it with a pretty simple script. It doesn't look like their website has many parameters for plays. How many plays do you need?

So there is not "script" that will get you plays due to the fact that soundcloud uses accounts and ips for the play count. I would recommend soundcloudrobot (see signature) as it supports multiple other ways of promoting and managing your soundcloud account (like group sharing, pming, commenting, etc). It also supports playing tracks automatically, but mostly so that your username shows up on the track's artist's "Who listened to my track"

Be careful for anyone saying they can get you a bot that generates plays... Unless you have a massive proxy list and huge number of accounts, it won't do anything for the play count
