Well first of all you have to get noticed in the fiverr for the services you are offering. You need to pay fiver some $$ to feature your gig on the top and this way you can get noticed better. This is the only last piece of advice i can give. Also personally, when ever i look for a gig on fiverr i checking the feedback score and the number of gigs sold as well
 
What's worked for me in the past:

Do a gig exchange or two, just to get good ratings and get you noticed.

Promote heavily on Twitter. It's the only useful thing I've ever been able to do with Twitter. For some reason, followers love random fiverr gigs.

Add some nice descriptions, try get some keywords in there. Keep promoting your gigs, you'll pick up momentum eventualy.

Try be creative. PLR articles sell, but so do good ideas. For example, it's New Years day tomorrow. Guess what type of gigs people will be searching for today?
 
Be creative on your gig and be unique and i think your sales will be increase because of unique gigs..
 
try having multiple fiverr acc's and having same kind of service with different titles and keywords
Using this method one of my gig started getting a lot of Orders then i abandoned other fiverr acc's

Try using YT to promote your gig
