Increase RPM artificially

Someone did this for me in the past to show me it can be done, however i can't find him anymore, so i'm looking again to see if anyone in here knows how to do this, this is an edited image, but i saw it happening on my page on real time, i know you get banned for doing this as that page got banned in just 1 day, but i still want to learn how this is done

Anyone knows something and wants to share some sort of direction on this will be very much appreciated
