Hello!
Our company used Rising Star Reviews to send surveys to our agents to get a positive review to our social media pages but it returns a very slow response. Plus I don't like the RisingStar website dashboard inside and the $30 monthly payment - its like we're giving it for free without any return of new reviews for our social media pages every month.
Can anyone recommend a good site or tips how to get REAL reviews for social media pages? I don't want to create a FAKE review.
My next plan is to send surveys to our agents' clients, hopefully, is there a site where you can send bulk survey request since in RSR I send it one by one, sometimes its a pain in the ass.
