Not sure if it works but was wondering.. What if we post a link of a site that we own on a high raking site for the particular niche in which you're interested. Do you think you can increase the recognition of that post by google if you post another link that is not your site, but a site related to your niche that has a high PR as well. So to clarify, you post your link on a website with a high PR, and you post another link that is not your link but a link that has a lot of "google juice" for your niche. Do you think this might help boost your web page in the search engines? Its just a thought, haven't tested it or anything. Its probably a dumb idea.. what do you guys think?

Your sentences too complex to read through. Generally speak its true that a backlink from high PR sites can help bringing up PR of junior site.

That's why some people can sell backlinks on their high PR sites for a living : ]

I think about this kind of thing quite often. The google bot is always looking at the fine details of any link, trying to evaluate its value. This is one of google's main defences against link spam.

I think what you're proposing - without any confirmation that it makes any real difference - might be a step too far. However, I would recommend leaving your link surrounded with text from the page you're leaving it on, e.g. include the title words. I superstitiously do this when I leave comments, as I believe the text surrounding a link is taken into account.

If done in the right way, this will help to some extend.

For example, start a directory where you will list only authority sites. And include few of your sites as well. But the majority of the listing should be authority links and your site should be of good quality as well.
