You need to get backlinks from high PR sites. Also you should get decent traffic to your site.

I would hire a service from a trusted vendor in BHW. The service would have to keep adding backlinks to your site (20% n0follow- 80% d0follow) slowly. A little bit every day so that g00gl does not penalize you.
A huge boost service will most likely get you penalized if not banned if you hit your main site directly. Thats like using a bazooka to kill a fly.
You can find a service like that if you search the forums. Look for a trusted vendor that is online if you want faster results so that you can discuss it directly.
IMO it's better to get a little bit of junk (low quality backlinks) mixed with high quality backlinks but always slowly. G00g must think thats just the effect of a new AD campaign or action that you just started doing.
NO 10.000 BACKLINKS for now (most of them won't stick for long anyway).

the recommended way is to post some quality posts/articles, so people will share/bookmark them automatically.. and make sure to add social share plugins in ur website.

What about the content on your website? Any number of backlinks with no or little content will get your site nowhere. Post interesting articles frequently on your site and then get backlinks. And don't forget about twitter, blog commenting, guest blogging etc.
For increasing PR, you have to take help of backlinksindexer and this will provide you quality backlink. backlink is fastest result giving seo tool.
