OP you don't need TWEETER followers, you need WOOFER followers for maximum effect.

@OP ; Try some social exchange sites or buy followers. Most of them wont stick anyway. If you want real followers that stick, then build them by making constructive posts.

If you don't follow other people chances are you are missing out on developing your following. I know this sounds simple but setting targets and goals for Twitter is important. Follow people who are your target audience and start to build a relationship with them. Most potential followers will glance at your most recent tweets to see if you're worth following. Therefore, it stands to reason that the better your tweets, the more followers you'll gain. Or you can also buy twitter followers from sites like SEOClerks.
