Increase my Instagram reach

I have an instagram account in the music niche, i work in the music industry. i have 4k real followers, gained over 7 years, that's how old my acc is.
but i find myself struggling to reach all of them, I was using Jarvee back in the days and I think that brought my engagement down. if that can be fixed, I need a price and estimated completion time.
