Hi
So I am selling a product on eBay, and I get an average of about 5 orders a day. Although I am very satisfied with getting some sales, I would like to get more of cause
.
The only thing I just can't seem to get my head around, is how am I going to get more orders?
I know that people are buying the product I am selling, because I can see that my competitors quantity are going down on a daily basis.
My listing look very similar to theirs. The only difference between mine and theirs is that I am selling the product at the lowest price, while my competitors have more feedback than me, some of them are even "Top-rated".
Does being "Top-rated" and having more feedback, really make that much of a difference?
I had 100% positive feedback until a few days ago someone complained about something ridiculous, I have filled in a request to alter it, and even contacted the buyer. So I hope to get back up on 100% soon.
Can someone please share some tips and tricks, I can implement to get more orders, whether it is eBay SEO or something like that (if such things exist).
I look forward to hear from someone more experienced and knowledgeable than me
