Increase each day by (x) // What is a safe number?

I am currently running an instagram account that I've warmed up for the last year.
After the February like block everyone got last month, I restarted my accounts settings 2 weeks later and I'm wondering what a safe number to increase each day by.
I am currently following around 50 people a day and increasing by 2 people a day however I was wondering if increasing 3-5 people a day would raise flags?
What is a safe number range generally for a warmed up account to increase daily follow limit by?
I'm planning at stopping around <150 f/uf a day.

I think you can increase it up to 10. But depends what score does your account has, what are you doing with it, engagement rate and so on. Difference between 2 and 3-5 it's almost nothing, it's too small to see a difference
