Increase CPC by pretending to be in a differrent niche?

Hey guys,
I own a site similar to an adlinkfly url shortener. I was wondering if it would increase the cpc when I just add a text with very high cpc keywords at the bottom of the page?

I established a forum on this domain (=lots of pages and context) and posted lots of articles, then let adsense review it and they accepted it. Afterwards I changed it to this site

This will have a little effect on the revenue since CPC is not only defined by keywords.

The 2 things I am aware of are keywords and countries.

Because I can not change the latter, I will give keywords a try.
Any other ideas on how I could increase the cpc?

You can change the ‘latter’ by changing source of your traffic.

The CPC will also depend a lot on the source as well as audience previous browsing history and interests.
