Hi guys,

My desktop computer is shitty slow after upgrading to windows 10 pro. How do I improve its speed?

Device name USER-PC

Processor AMD Phenom(tm) II X3 B77 Processor 3.20 GHz
Installed RAM 2.00 GB (1.75 GB usable)

System type 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

I will appreciate your tips
.

Pal upgrade your pc is the only solution.
8gb ram minimum is good for Windows 10. I5 should be minimum

Definitely 4gb ram is minimum and also do you have an SSD drive? If not that would help.

There is no way you can upgrade it by just replacing a single part. You definitely need a new PC for sure. It's too old! Ditch it.

Go on your local classifieds and find something cheap. Don't need a gpu, just lookup the parts on ebay to get best bang for your buck.

I am using i5 5th Gen (yeah, pretty old)
8GB RAM
Just installed a 500GB SSD (gifted by my friend).

It boots in 1 sec and works flawlessly even if I use 50 tabs.

TIP: Use SSD + at least 8GB RAM for faster speed.

2gb is minimum, Install 8gb RAM on your PC.. It works Smoothly

Downgrade to Windows 7. Windows 10 is very resource consuming, and since you don't have much RAM and older CPU I'm not surprised it's running very very very slow.

If not want to spend a penny then use LInux distro like Mint,Ubuntu or what ever you like.
