for free traffic - try Twitter and Tumblr BUT be careful what you post or will get banned. Follow a bunch of people in your niche, make posts , retweet and reblog like crazy for a few days, this will get you some followers then post your tube links smart here and there. thats for free , if you have funds - buy ads - juicyads works good for me and are not that expensive.

I think you need to go for paid traffic. For the free traffic you can try on social networking sites. On Facebook you will find a lot of pages and groups relevant to your topic. You can promote your site on those groups and pages.
Try hitting the adult forums, PM me and I can tell you some. Also, adult forums are good for getting uploads but not for traffic...
Buying traffic is only temporary and almost always lead to no conversions unless you know how to configure it to your niche and even then its hit or miss. PM and I will give you some tips, I have/had some adult sites.
