Hello to you all, hopefully one of you Facebook ad experts can answer me because Facebook support is useless.
So I started a new shop and lunched purchase website conversion ads. I tested my pixel before lunching the ads and it seems to be working. So now I got 3 orders from REAL customers in the past 3 days or so, They definitely come from ads because I have no organic traffic at this stage. I also made 2 test orders for 1.10$ each and 1 other order from a relative. That makes 6 orders in total. So the pixel should've tracked those 6 purchases. 6 orders is also what I see in my back-end.
Now when I look at my ads "ad manager" there's a specific ad with 2 purchases with those two test orders I made for 1.10$ each.. I have no idea why those two actually got tracked into my ad.. maybe someone could explain it to me how they got tracked if I went to my website directly without clicking on one of my ads.. and there's no ads with purchases related to the 3 orders from my REAL customers..
If I go see my pixel analytics I see 2 purchases made for a total of around 50$ which by analyzing the dates of those I can conclude that 1 purchase is from a REAL client and the other one from my relative. where are the other 4 purchases..?
if I go look at the event manager for that same pixel, I now see 4 purchases... which came from 3 different urls "orders" meaning 1 got tracked twice..?
*I'm using woocommerce and I'm using PixelYourSite as plugin
The data seems inconsistent and I have no idea why.
Also I'm running a lookalike ad but it just doesn't spend, any idea what could be the reason for this?
Facebook support told me to ad an interest to my lookalike ad.. It doesn't make sense, I heard you don't need to add interest to lookalike ads?
