Incoming Email Traffic Problems

I have a ton of incoming emails for my product. But there are a few catches, it is all email traffic, people see my ads and email me at a popular free address like hot mail and then I send them a short response, answering what questions about the product they may have. It works great, but I cannot get emails accounts to stay live. I would ideal have hundreds of emails, sending out a thousand responses a day.


I dont think that I can just put all of my hot mail accounts into Thunderbird can I? They will all get banned, what else can I do?
