Incoming call phone bot (appointments and leads)

Would there be a cheap way to set up a non subscription one time off software to take incoming call leads for a business.
I just need it to ask like:
Name, phone number, email, then fire off a few appointment times options.
Maybe that’s a bad idea since someone calling wouldn’t want to leave a bunch of info with a robot.
Maybe would just need telephone number and booking time.
Let me know if you know of a solution.
