Income journey - Inspired by 7878's old post about ORM

Alright, a little background:
I am a married mother of two in my late twenties. I have been making websites (mostly for myself) since high-school. 3 years ago I hosted proxies and brought in $1500-2000 a month from 10 minutes of work in the morning. Then that fell apart. I currently make a few hundred on Stock Photography, a little bit of money on different affiliate and of course through AdSense. Nothing to brag about.

I read through 7878's thread on ORM the other day and figured we could give it a try. I should have what it take to do this, I can make the website, the form and code, the research, send out the letters, etc.

I am already the breadwinner in our family, we travel around the US fulltime and I have two little ones (a third on the way), so the amount of time I can spend on this is limited.

What am I going to do?
Alright, you haven't read 7878's thread, and don't feel like doing it, so this is what I am going to do, in short:

• I will research businesses with bad reviews and score on Google and other places that apply.
• I will print, circle their bad reviews and tell them that I can help them remedy this and I will send them a snail-mail.
• Can I delete bad reviews? No. But I will help them improve the amount of positive reviews they get, and will channel the unhappy customers to send the complaint straight to them instead of writing it on a review site. To do this I will create a landing page where they will send their customers when they want to leave feedback. They can chose if they had a positive or negative experience - negative goes straight to owner, positives I send on to a review site.

That's it in short.

I don't think i can charge $399-999 a month in the branch I have picked. Right now I am tossing around numbers like $199 setup and $49 a month.
I am also trying to figure out what payment options I want to offer. Checks and Credit Card through PayPal I am thinking.

Tonight I have to spend time on my regular work, but I will see if I can squeeze an hour of work in to get started.

Alright, a little progress. I have bought a domain (9.99), something like "mynichefeedback(dot)com" (replace myniche with something else obviously), so each customer will get /business-name at the end.

To avoid spam, and because I can, I just downloaded a script/form to use for negative comments.

I wanted to insert a picture here, but I can't until I have been a member for longer. How long, I wonder? I've been here for 3 years something

Anyways, next thing will be to style everything so it looks decent, and make a happy and sad face for the landing page. I was going to buy stock images, but why spend the extra money. I'll just make my own in Illustrator.

My plan is to send out 25 letters, and I like the idea of the dice. Might title the letter "Why gamble with your reputation?" or something similar as a reference to the dice.

Good luck man. Another tactic that I found useful while waiting for replies is this:

1st day - Research all surrounding cities and their keywords for every niche (realtors, agents, lawyers, small businesses, restaurants, etc). Write down the keyword, all of their phone numbers numbers, person of contact, and position in google/google places for said keyword.
2nd day - Call them in every city/county for one niche until you have no more in that niche. Write down all your results.

Do this until you acquire a lead funnel, leads, and contracts.Good luck OP!

Hi, you inspired me to read 7878's thread and I quite like the method. But many in the thread stated that they didn't reference the dices in any way in their letter. They got a bunch of leads out of that because people called them and asked what the dice was all about.
