Incognito mode while working with torrents. Suggestions?

Its been a while since I've done any torrents, but Im willing to give it another chance. Do you have any suggestions how to protect my "privacy" while doing the dirty stuff? [: I would love to go completely incognito on this, as the laws in my location have gone much stricter on this subject

VPN is a good start.

Do you have any good recommendations?

And what about utorrent plus? Is there any use of it?
