Incessant Spam in WTB and HAF Sections

Posted a thread looking for an SEO manager (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/seo-manager-consultant.1675525/)
I specified "I will NOT be messaging you first & if you do not send any case studies or something to see your past results will be ignored!" + said that I'll need to see their case studies & prices

Received a bunch of posts on the thread that were just c&p and almost no DMs like I specified.

When I've reported one of them I received a response saying "They are not breaking any rules"

So yea, the marketplace seems to be a "I see my keyword on thread, I paste my message" without even checking if they are a match.

That wasn't my point, I was looking for a way to verify members' selling quality so they can sell on HAF and WTB even without having an active BST, as this format doesn't really fit most service-based businesses.

Technically you can say that they posted without reading the OP, which is a violation of rule 3.5.
If you phrase your report in a way that helps the moderator seeing it understand what happened, you have a higher change of getting it taken care of.

You are a scammer bro anybody dealing with you is at risk until you refund money stolen from your website pvaguys from your users. You remain a scammer, so far, am concern. don't deal with this scammer.

I can't find the thread again. But the reason states that I should follow some procedures first before creating a thread, of which it has to do with giving him @Grudge days to respond. Till now no response to my DM and he is busy creating threads

You should let the accused know that you planning to start a dispute thread, wait 8 hours and only them proceed to start the thread.

There are a few things we are looking at as to tightening up in the WTB and HAF subforums but those things do take time as we cannot implement without a whole bunch of testing.
