Incentivization vs no Incentivization

I'm doing a craigslist method where I post an ad and then reply back to people saying ok blah blah fill out my link (link).

This is incentivization, I think. I am hiding the referrer with the WP plugin.

Should I pick an incentive allowed offer, or could I get away with picking a "No Incentivization" offer?

It depends really on the network on if you are hiding it and how bad the traffic is too. Just use a network that has lots of email subs like buhba.com and go from there.
