I'm setting up an incentivised CPA offer network but having issues with the CPA offer networks not reporting conversions. I've been told by some that on email submits they only report 10-30% of the time. So I talked to my acct rep at BlamAds which seems to be a great CPA incentivised network and they're telling me that I should be getting 100% on email submits or other offers. Also that their email submits only require an email or perhaps a birthday.... where the other networks told me the person must complete a few offers as well before you'll get paid.
I then tried to download some incentivised software and still couldn't get the conversions to show. Are incentivised offers all just fake????
