Incentives for Trustpilot reviews?

Hey guys im running the ORM for an ecommerce business. We were trying to figure out how to get more reviews to boost our trustpilot since we signed up for paid account awhile back.

We tried to invite more users to give us review and the response rate was abysmal. Make sense - since i personally never gave a review unless i had benefit or negative experience.

We're thinking of including some incentives, like a handy small gift(like paperweight etc) to tell users "to tell us what they think". But I read trustpilot's policy:

You've been offered an incentive​

• You cannot write a review if you've been offered an incentive, such as discounts, monetary rewards, or loyalty points, in exchange for writing a review. Businesses are not allowed to provide incentives for reviews.

What do you guys think? Anyone's got any experience here
