"Incentives Allowed" - what does this mean ?

before I joined any network I was told that I should not say that I incentivise the traffic but I joined a few networks and while browsing the campaigns, I see this written "Incentives Allowed" for some offers..

does that mean I can incentivisse the traffic and ask them to fill the offer and I can even pay them a cut ? OR give them a download or anything ? so that will not be a problem with the network ?

sorry for a noob question, but was wondering what does that mean..

yes but there are diff types of incents like cash reward and prize rewards. just read the description.

Have you ever been to a site trying to stream a movie or something like that but in order to watch it you have to fill out a CPA or wait 5 seconds.....thats what it is

FYI the networks will try and shave alot more since conversions are typically lower.

Should be fine with your AM as long as your not iFraming/using GODCPA, just ask your AM yourself, just to be on the safe-side.

it means you can give them points or gifts for completing the offers.

CPA means Cost per Action.
BTW This has been written on CPA section.
