you will most likely get banned if you dont hide your traffic

that's BS you probably don't know what your talking about.

INCENTIVE means you can pay people to fill the cpa offer . Do this on networks such as BLAM ads and your good to go . Long as its an incentive offer .

FYI : incentive offers bring me couple hundred a day doing nothing :D

my issue with minute worker type sites was specifying that I was looking for U.S., U.k. or Canadian people and having a lot of SE Asian workers trying to fulfill the tasks without any sort of ip masking or anything.

if i can look at what you are doing and tell which country you are from so can the multi billion dollar website.

I have had really bad luck with minute worket type sites

one thing i did not understand http://www.blamads.com/payments/ here you see they have "GPT Sites / Hard Incent: Monthly NET-30 (offer selection is limited)" written there.i did not get what is mean by hard incent? is it the sign ups which doesn't convert?

Thats what hard incent is, and now all of you guys who are saying that you can pay people to fill out your incentive surveys are totally wrong. If the cpa network finds out you are doing this, you will get banned. Thats what gpt sites do , they pay people to do fill out offers.

The reason why you have limited on hard incent offers is cause , the more incent your offers are promoted the higher of a chance you have of the advertiser backfiring and not paying for the leads. That is why they are doing net-30 cause they have to wait for the advertiser to pay you if you are running hard-incent and gpt sites. Again if you try to pay people for the offers , obviously the more you push the more they will look into your leads.

For those of you who said that they gotten paid, how much did you push in leads. There is a difference between pushing a few leads as to a few hundred leads and more when you start pushing thousands of leads.

Hard incent is more like paying someone ca$h to complete an offer
