Incentive for a crowd funded website.

After the powerful earthquake that rocked Nepal, I decided to create a a Nepali Crowd Funded donation website with two objectives --

• Let the donor know where their money was going.
• Involve people at individual level, where even their smallest contribution would be highly appreciated.

We are still in the process of adding Causes, where people can help.

Now I am facing an issue where I will need some advise.

1. Where do I market the site?
2. What incentive can I provide to the donor to encourage them. Why would they want to donate here?
3. How do I increase its visibility?

Please help me out. You advise will help us build a product that could impact lives of hundreds, if not thousands.

Your major source of traffic would come from FB and Twitter. Also if you have some media contacts try to get featured on news channels.

OP we all know where those dollars will go.

Please, **** off. If you really want to help, just pick an official site and donate there and spread the word about that site.

The whole idea is having a localized crowd funding website so people from local community can engage themselves. Its not possible for local people to create a pledge in the official site; not all of us here have accounts that can be linked in such official site.

The money without any doubt will go the the respective cause it was raised for.
Probably this is a wrong section to post, but all I was asking if someone direct me a way by which I could promote the site the respective target group.
