Incentive CPA networks that have content gateways?

I'm looking for Incentive CPA Networks that offer content gateways, so that a user must fill out an offer to view a page.
I'm already a member of C P A Lead and AdscendMedia, which as far as I know are the two best, but I am looking for more. I googled for this but I wasn't sure if any of the incentive sites I found had content gateways. Does anyone know of other good incentive sites besides C P A Lead and AdscendMedia that offer content gateways?

Let me get this straight.....

1. I show an email submit before fucks can see cubana lust ass being destroyed.
2. Adsendmedia gets the fucks email.
3. It will never convert, and still adsendmedia pays me a buck or two

this is an incentive right?

BLVD-Media is working on something like that. They are small, but very helpful.
 
Have you tried Affiliategateways.co they have a content locker and page frames.
