I'm currently running an incentive site that brings in $10-$40 a day.
Lately I've been winding up with almost 500 gateway hits and 2k unique user views per day.
However my EPC sucks running from $0.08 to $0.01. I've been manually controlling my gateway offers so I know it should be converting better.

How should I go about improving my EPC?

is your traffic targeted? Are you getting visitors from tier1 countries?
And switch to adscendmedia file gateway.You will get better earnings.

Yes it's micro niche so most traffic is targeted. Almost all visitors are from US/CA. And I just sent in a application for adscend.

Either try a different network or try *not* manually controlling your offers. Just to see if you may be accidentally bringing down your EPCs.

Yea not controlling my offers brought it up by .01 lol
