Yes, I am a newcomer to CPA. But I'm not to making money online. I do own a website (a forum) that generates about 1.5-2M pageviews a month and has an iOS/Android app and everything so I assume I can put that on an application to help out a bit and I've got no problem with phone calls or anything.
But upon signing up for some for like 2-3 of the "big" ones I stumbled upon through Google I saw they didn't allow incent publishers and I'm assuming this is publishers who are like "hey go do this".
So cutting to the point I wanted to try this out but my method would require the people completing the action to be told to in essence. So I was wondering if there was a network where I could say to people "go fill in your email/zip at this link" and I would earn money from it.
Also is there options to put up a link for specific actions so I can provide specific instructions to the people who will be doing this for me?
