Incent traffic in ASO: what are your thoughts?

Here is the thing. We've oredered a lot of installs from the AdvertMobile CPI system. We rushed to the top of new apps. We have a lot of traffic right now, but will there be any sanctions from Google. We don't have any problems right now, but you never know.
