Hey, I'm looking for some decent paying mobile incent offers, only found ones for like 30 cents but I used to see some at around 70. Anyone know a network I can find these on?

Mobile incent offers are mostly dead due to the recent government crackdowns on mobile carriers. You can find a few on adscendmedia, but if I were you, I'd use other methods of monetizations.

The gov crackdown you're talking about is because of PIN submits not apps
