Incent friendly CPA network?

Hey everyone, I am still new to the site and am trying to get my bearings. There are so many ways to earn cash out there that I'm kind of snowblinded by it all. Information overload!

Anyways, I am an active user of microworkers, and I've seen some people mention that there are incentive-friendly CPA networks. I know peerfly isn't, and the only one I've found so far doesn't pay cash, it gives out gift cards and gift certificates (which I can't use to pay a mortgage!).

So if anyone could point me to an incentive friendly CPA network I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Most of these were pretty easy to apply for publisher account.
